Vinification: Soft pressing, cryo-maceration and afterwards soft pressing.

Fermentation: Temperature control.

Ageing: Steel container and in bottle.

Alcoholic Strength: 12,5 %.

Total Acidity: 5,50 – 6,00 per thousand.

Sugar Residue: Traces. Dry Extract: 22,00.

Bottling: Historical bordolaise, natural cork.

Organoleptic Characteristics: Yellow straw- coloured with green tint, intense bouquet of fruits bananas and green apple, taste dry and savoury to the pallet.

Serving Temperature: 9 – 10°C.

Serving Suggestion: Seafood and vegetable dishes.

Preferred Serving: Medium glass
