Harvest period: first half of September, hand-picked in crates

Fermentation: soft pressing with maceration on the skins for 7-8 hours in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for 16-18°C.

Ageing: in stainless steel for 6 months

Refining: in bottle for at least 3 months

Description: luminous and deep rosé. On the nose it shows notes of fruits of the forest (wild strawberries and raspberries) and floral scents of rose. On the palate the fruity notes are balanced by acidity and sapidity which make it a very pleasant drink. Long fruity finish.

Food pairing:perfect with charcuterie and grilled vegetables, first courses with meat sauce, fish stew or legume soups, white meat main courses.

Service temperature: 12°C
