Caviale Yellow ADAMAS - ADAMAS

ADAMAS Yellow label is fresh caviar made by an hybrid Acipenser Gueldensteadtii x Acipenser Baeri sturgeon with the traditional ‘Malossol’ method which means ‘with little salt’.

Egg diameter goes from 2,7 to 3,0 mm and the colour may vary from light grey to dark yellow. Frequently it may exceed the 3.0 mm.
The yolk inside is very rich and covers a wide range of creamy and delicious after tastes.
It come in 30/50/100/250 gr jars.
Usually available from October to March.
