The training method is trellis with Guyot pruning, which requires the annual renewal of the fruit head.  The soil is fertilized every other year with composted organic fertilizers and mechanically worked.

Vinification and aging: Grapes are harvested when ripe, fermented in steel tanks, with maceration for three weeks at a controlled temperature and with selected yeasts.

Description: It is an intense ruby red wine with garnet reflections. It has a long, elegant bouquet with hints of marasca cherries, wild berries and dried roses. The taste is broad, velvety, soft and full-bodied.

It goes well with earth-based dishes, fatty fish, aged cheeses
