The "Dispensa dei Sapori" ("The Flavour Pantry") is the result of years of experience in the organic production and the inventiveness of Luigi Castiglioni and his son Emanuele, owners of the Punto Verde organic farm.

In our organic production:
  • we employ good agronomic practices (as the organic fertilization);
  • we have banned all herbicides;
  • we maintained a grass carpet at the bottom of our fruit trees;
  • we use a drip irrigation system.
These and other characteristics increase the biodiversity and the quality of our products, and contribute to the reduction of pollution.
